Attendee Terms of Use

By using Snapsight, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are using Snapsight on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Snapsight. By using Snapsight, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

An account is automatically created for you when you access Snapsight premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you and for all activities that occur under your account.

Snapsight is provided for your personal use to access real-time session analysis, takeaways, and personalized reports from conferences and events. You agree not to use Snapsight for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

You agree not to:

• Use Snapsight for any illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities.
• Access or attempt to access any non-public areas of Snapsight or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Snapsight.
• Use Snapsight to distribute spam or other unsolicited messages.
• Upload or transmit any harmful code or content through Snapsight.
• Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.

Your use of Snapsight is subject to the Snapsight Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Snapsight and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by GlobalSign.In Pte Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use Snapsight in any manner that infringes our rights.

The Snapsight name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of GlobalSign.In Pte Ltd. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Snapsight. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with providing and improving Snapsight services.

Snapsight offers the option to purchase premium, customized reports for specific events or conferences. These reports are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. By purchasing a Snapsight premium report, you agree to pay the associated fee for each individual report.

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all purchased services.

All purchases of Snapsight premium subscriptions and individual reports are final. We do not offer refunds for any payments made, except where required by applicable law. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Snapsight premium includes a share function that allows you to share purchased reports with others. To ensure fair usage and protect our intellectual property:

1. You may share each purchased report with up to 5 individual recipients.
2. Sharing is intended for personal or internal business use only.
3. Mass distribution, public posting, or reselling of reports is strictly prohibited.
4. You are responsible for ensuring that recipients of shared reports comply with these Terms of Use.
5. We reserve the right to limit or revoke sharing privileges if we detect abuse or violation of this policy.

Excessive sharing or any attempt to circumvent these limitations may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Snapsight. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with providing and improving Snapsight services.

The personalized reports generated by Snapsight are the property of GlobalSign.In Pte Ltd. When you purchase a report, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and the Fair Usage Policy.

You may stop using Snapsight at any time. To close your account and request deletion of your data, please email us at dpo@snapsight.com. Note that termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Snapsight at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, including the Fair Usage Policy, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalSign.In Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of Snapsight; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Snapsight; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via Snapsight.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlobalSign.In Pte Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Snapsight or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through Snapsight. Your continued use of Snapsight after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
