How Snapsight Helped Behavioral Health Tech’s Small Team Run a Big-League Event

ATxEnterprise 2024: Empowering Connections Through AI

At a Glance

Where: Behavioral Health Tech 2024, Sheraton Downtown Phoenix

When: November 2024

What: The leading U.S. conference on scaling mental health access through tech and innovation

Who: 1,000+ leaders from health systems, startups, research, and policy

The Behavioral Health Tech Conference isn’t built like most events.

It brings together policymakers, clinicians, tech leaders, investors – people who don’t usually end up in the same room, let alone on the same panels. Conversations go deep. Topics shift quickly. Every session carries weight.

In 2024, the team running it looked different too.

The core team was small. Marketing was new. Internal systems were still being set up. They had a clear mission, but not a lot of people. No large comms team. No dedicated content squad. Just a group of smart operators trying to keep pace.

They didn’t need more tools. They needed actual support.

A Smart Bet on AI

Snapsight wasn’t part of the original plan. Someone on the BHT team had seen it in action at another event and reached out. One quick demo later, it was locked in.

The team wanted to experiment. They were open to new tools, but they didn’t want to waste time learning or fixing things mid-event. Snapsight offered something practical: hands-on support before and during the event, and automation that would quietly take work off their plates.

Here’s what they used:

  • Real-time AI insights that helped internal teams follow sessions and pick up on key threads.
  • Live summaries that made it easier to keep stakeholders looped in while the event was still happening.
  • Post-event reports that turned raw sessions into clean takeaways and helped speed up content production.

What It Freed Up

The shift was immediate.

Instead of juggling recordings or scrambling for notes, the team had live outputs they could use on the spot. Sponsors and partners saw the real-time AI in action. Speakers had something they could share right after their sessions. And the marketing team, still finding its rhythm, got a running start on post-event content.

No one had to chase down transcripts or spend hours packaging insights. That part was already handled.

What It Meant

The result was an event that felt smooth, sharp, and tech-forward – even with a small team working behind the curtain.

Snapsight didn’t just make the event easier to run. It gave the Behavioral Health Tech team breathing room. It freed up hours they didn’t have, and delivered outputs they wouldn’t have been able to create so quickly on their own.

In fact, the day after the event, they even used those takeaways with SparkIt.ai to help write a blog post – something that would’ve taken much longer without Snapsight.

What’s Next

The collaboration isn’t over. The Behavioral Health tech team is already planning for the 2025 edition and has made it clear that Snapsight will be part of the equation again.

With more time to plan, more features to explore, and a clearer sense of what’s possible, the next chapter looks even stronger.
