We are pleased to announce that as of 2pm GMT 4 OCT 2024 , We have successfully completed the migration of our data hosting from the AWS Singapore region to the AWS Frankfurt region.
- All services are now fully operational in the AWS Frankfurt region.
- Your data has been securely transferred and is protected under the same security and privacy measures.

We’re consolidating our data hosting by transferring data currently stored in our AWS Singapore region to our infrastructure in the AWS Frankfurt region, European Union (EU).
Key Details:
- What: Transferring data from our AWS Singapore region to our AWS Frankfurt region.
- When: This transfer will occur on 4 Oct 2024.
- Why: To streamline our operations and enhance our service capabilities.
- Your Data: All data currently stored in our AWS Singapore region will be transferred to AWS frankfurt region.
- Your Rights: You have the right to object to this transfer.
- Privacy Policy: Our existing privacy policy remains in effect and covers this transfer.
What This Means for You:
- Your experience using our services will remain unchanged after the transfer is complete.
- Your data will continue to be protected in compliance with Singapore’s PDPA and the EU’s GDPR.
- No action is required from your side unless your object to the transfer.
- There will be a scheduled downtime during the transfer process. During this period, you may experience temporary service interruptions or limited access to certain features. (See “Scheduled Downtime” section for details)
Data Security and Compliance:
- Our AWS Frankfurt infrastructure already meets high security and compliance standards, which are comparable to those required by Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Our data handling practices and commitment to your privacy remain unchanged.
Scheduled Downtime:
To facilitate this data transfer, we have scheduled necessary maintenance:
- Date: 4 Oct 2024
- Duration: 10:00AM to 2:00PM GMT
- Impact: During this maintenance period, our product will be completely unavailable. Users will not be able to access or use any of our services until the maintenance is complete.
